Responsibilities and Requirements : Responsible for general maintenance of grounds, pools, office. May water flowers, give notices to residents and remove trash. Complete general plumbing, electrical and appliances repairs. May perform interior and exterior painting as necessary. Maintain cleanliness throughout the building interior and exterior. May be responsible for landscaping and lawn care maintenance. The qualified candidates will possess the following: High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification: Fair housing training and certification for Apartment Maintenance Technician preferred. Additional Certifications (i.e.HVAC) preferred. Experience: 2-4 years of practical experience required. Make-ready experience helpful with good understanding of pools, plumbing, electrical, etc. Drywall and painting experience may be required for smaller properties. Working knowledge of repairs. Must be able to demonstrate required skills. Fair housing training and certification for Apartment Maintenance Technician preferred. Ability to communicate effectively.
