Requirements : - Evaluate mortgage and other loan applications to determine acceptability and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, investor guidelines, and Corporate standards. Work with originators, processors/closers, and customer service personnel to assist them in qualifying loans and keeps them informed of underwriting practice; maintains expert knowledge of Corporate, investor and regulatory guidelines; and keeps records of daily activities on 1300 loans per year.
