Requirements : Candidate may be required to travel to domestic and international sites.Specific Desired SkillsThe ideal candidate will have: Sufficient experience and logic/problem-solving capabilities to apply advanced engineering principles and techniques to propose, direct, and integrate solutions to highly complex (possibly system level), loosely defined technical problems and to identify direct approaches for the successful resolution of significant technical issues. May be required to serve as lead expert within discipline for technical problem solving. Coordinate and integrate complex technical projects across multi-functional groups, within schedule and budget. Lead integration and development of major technical descriptions for customer proposals. Lead engineering work of, and instruct, train, and guide personnel on significant technical projects, tasks, and activities and provide periodic performance feedback to them.
