Responsibilities : Provide Engineering assessment; review, comment, and technical recommendations on project deliverables (i.e. planning documents, schedules, drawings, O&M manuals, safety and test plans) Construction and construction surveillance to include validating field compliance with engineered design, developing and/or reviewing work schedules, and managing work progress Perform Site Surveys, attend Facility & Device Design Reviews, Perform Facility Construction Inspections and witness Device Testing and participate in on-site requirements meetings. Provide status reporting, progress metrics, trends, and feedback to organizational leaders, program management, engineering leads, contracting, and various integrated product teams Complete ongoing DAU Training and Technical Development Monitor contractor performance and provides effective liaison to ensure compliance with legal, safety and regulatory stipulations Performs other functions as necessary or as assignedThis position requires 30-40% travel to alternate venues. This position may require access to classified information. Candidates may be subject to a security investigation and must be able to meet the eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a minimum of Secret clearance issued by the U.S. Government.

Requirements : BS Electrical Engineering plus 5 years experience in facility electrical systems.
