Responsibilities : Provide exceptional 7 x 24 on-call support. The ability to work flexible hours as needed/required. Provide instructions to teammates on new procedures, techniques and software. Assist in providing guidance on continuous improvement of operations, decreasing turnaround times, streamline work processes and work to provide seamless customer service. Good communication, interpersonal and professionalism skills who can work directly with applications/client users of all levels of staff and management. Highly motivated and results oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Demonstrate initiative and adaptability .Value achievements and action. Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC or regulatory standards and policies; and optimize relations with regulators by addressing any issues. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand. Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Requirements ::A Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related fieldMaster degree in business supplemented by technical coursework preferred of six years extensive and specialized technical experience in business systems or database management experienceFive years experience administering a DBMSSpecialized experience in programming or database languages and techniques for application system designStrong knowledge of the operating system and the underlying file systemSound technical and project management expertiseRecognition as a technical resource within the groupExpertise in SQL programming and applied knowledge of two or three DBMSExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work in a team environment, collaborate and work well with peersA high sense of ownership with customer service focus.
