We are currently seeking the following Process Flow Mapping Training Coordinator in our Charlotte, NC office. Description: Performs a variety of support activities specific to the training function including the development of training materials and delivery of applicable programs. Activities include: create process flow chart and value stream mapping; write procedures; compile standardized reports, analyze results and May be assigned special projects commensurate with functional level and responsibilities. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives. Provides input to the development of lean practices employed to training process. Work with instructional designers to develop or enhance training materials (including skills, technical, management and staff development training) offering both presentation and content improvements. Interview training professionals and subject matter experts to create process flow charts and value stream maps. orporate visual process charts into procedures focused on lean training practices. Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs, or to inform management of training program status.
