Resource Efficiency Manager I - (US-NC-Raleigh - 27699) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities and Requirements : Presenting and manipulating load profile data, energy audits, and energy project developmentProviding technical resources and management of energy related servicesUtilizing various energy estimating software packages such as, but not limited to, Trane Trace, Department of Energy (DOE) II, and other simulation softwareDocumenting and monitoring maintenance procedures, utilizing software such as IBM Maximo Asset Management softwareUsing bin, heating degree-days, and other simplified methods of energy calculationsUsing the Microsoft Office suite for the analysis of energy usage data and the development of presentations of findings and proposals for cost-effective solutionsThe ideal candidate will have:A four-year engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering) and be a registered Professional Engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience in energy management; with no degree the REM I must have a minimum of 10 years experience in energy managementFamiliarity with Executive Orders, ESPC, DSM, utility privatization, and other legislations and regulations related to energy programsA general understanding of the ESPC program including Measurement and Verification protocolsUnderstanding of the Army Energy and Water Reporting System system for energy reporting.
