Responsibilities : OverviewUnder the direction and supervision of the Manager of Sales Training and Development, the Sales Trainer role is to assist in the design, implementation, and delivery of product and clinical procedure training for the Davol sales force.Essential Job FunctionsAssisting Manager of Sales Training with:Design and implementation of training curriculum for new hire sales repsDesign and implementation of on-going training for tenured sales repsConducting in-house training courses in conjunction with marketing Product ManagersRevising content used in training to meet regulatory standardsDevelopment, maintenance, and updating of sales training materials and content to reflect new techniques, products, changes in the market or sales goalsFunction as Liaison with E-learning Specialist on web based training contentFunction as Liaison with other departments with content and presentations included in sales training coursesSpecial projects as assigned.

Requirements :Bachelor Degree2-5 Years previous training experienceExperience developing and facilitating adult training programsAdditional Desirable Skills and KnowledgeTraining experience in healthcare or medical device industry strongly preferredExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsTeam-oriented with strong interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented, creative, and energeticAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
