Responsibilities and Requirements : Employer is now hiring for a Bank of America campaign director position. This position would be responsible for the daily running and management of a call center campaign. Other duties include but are not limited to overseeing of sales goals, developing forecast plans to meet call volume, and coaching supervisors on performance. Applicants must have experience in call center operations peferably working with a client in the banking/credit card industry. Applicant must have experience with client management. Must be able to work in fast paced environment with the ability to handle high stress.
