Responsibilities : Develop procedures to enhance global alignment, integration and ability to balance work across the regions.Sets direction, as well as promote ideas to influence the efficient processing and distribution of documents utilizing technology.Utilizes Six Sigma methodology to identify, analyze and resolve complex problems related to document processing or functions.Ensures adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements and maintains appropriate level of servicing support.Monitors internal processes and service levels in order to recommend enhancements to improve overall efficiency and client satisfaction.Participates in the resolution of operational distribution and servicing issues of a sensitive/high risk nature.Interfaces with GPS and other business partners to integrate servicing requirements.Expected to utilize Six Sigma tools to analyze processes end-to-end from a global perspective and be part of a global management team.Manages a team of approximately 50 -100 across multiple time zones.Key Job and Accountabilities:Development of a global E2E teamDemonstrated proficiency in the implementation of new and revised policies, processes, and procedures that support the business plan, improve the overall performance of the units.Integrate overall plan with operations to ensuring global consistency and service level.Resolve broad operational issues and coordinates activities and processes within line of business/operations units.Develop a work culture/environment that promotes compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Support associate engagement activities and promote the development and training of associates.
