Compliance Auditor - (US-FL-Tampa - 33697) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities : Provide guidance and input on the annual Audit schedule- The Compliance Auditor will work closely with the Compliance Audit management team and key executives including the Chief Compliance Officer to develop a compliance audit plan that identifies and prioritize areas of significant compliance risk. Manage multiple concurrent audits- Plan audits and related projects Lead teams or execute audits and projects in conformance with professional and departmental standards Manage process flows, evaluate effectiveness of control design, develop and execute audit plan and assess impact of non-conformances across the audited activity. Maintain a working knowledge of current and proposed laws, regulations and guidelines. Prepare accurate and timely formal written reports on findings and recommendations and ensuring that work papers are properly prepared in accordance with IIA and standards and that sufficient evidentiary material exists to support audit findings. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective action plans that address audit report findings and provide comprehensive follow-up to Senior Management and Compliance oversight Committees. Track the status and completion of all corrective action plans. In conjunction with performing compliance audits this position will also be responsible for ensuring the implementation of all recommendations derived from each audit and subsequent reports.
