Requirements :   A Bachelor's degree in a health care related field with substantial experience in healthcare compliance in a medical foundation or large multi-specialty group practice will be considered.  A Master's degree is highly preferred (e.g., MPH, MBA, MHA, JD, MD).  Certification in Healthcare Compliance is required, or must be obtained within the first 12 months of employment.  CHC certification typically takes 6 - 12 months of training while working, and includes obtaining 20 approved CEUs in the 12 months prior to taking the certification exam, followed by 40 CEUs every two years to maintain certification.
