Responsibilities : Work will include building the curriculum overall, design and facilitation of individual modules and overseeing various associated programs and projects. include, but are not limited to:Partnering with stakeholders from the line to identify needs and develop a learning curriculum for the firm that elevates performance among CEB employees and managersSpecific focus areas include: leadership development, management training, professional development and foundational professional learningPersonal role in designing, facilitating and evaluating the impact of key training modules in each of those areasServe as program manager, overseeing and continuously improving several key organizational development programsTackling challenging issues impacting development of staff and creation of firm cultureThis position is approximately 33% facilitation, 33% instructional design, 33% project and program management.

Requirements :A successful candidate will possess:At least 5-7 years of instructional design and training facilitation experience (preferably managerial/professional development courses vs. technical training)Masters degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, or Industrial Psychology, or MBA preferredVery strong podium skillsable to command a room as well as facilitate engaging discussion and discoveryDepth of knowledge of and experience applying adult learning principlesUnderstanding of best learning approaches and formats, including blended learningPassion for helping people improve their capabilities, build skills, and learn new approaches to enable higher levels of successAbility to manage relationships with leaders of, and assess developmental needs of, key employee groupsSpirit of generosityexceptional team player who responds to challenges with a sense of initiative, ownership and urgencyEnjoys collaborative team work and managing multi-constituency initiatives.
