Primary of : Assure proper planning and implementation of the overall component manufacturing program and integration of component manufacturing planning with the overall project schedule. This will require interaction with consortium members where applicable as well as with suppliers and their sub-suppliers. Participation in supplier evaluation and qualification activities is also required. Periodically verify through visits to consortium members where applicable, suppliers and their sub-suppliers that manufacturing program performance is satisfactory and that manufacturing, schedule performance or other impacting or related issues are being properly identified and dispositioned. Where necessary alert management to issues which may negatively impact the project for which the components are being manufactured. Where applicable, assure that training, technology transfer and technical support services necessary for the supplier to satisfactorily complete the manufacturing program are being accomplished as required for successful implementation of the program.

Requirements :Technical leadership in development and administration of new/improved processes and equipment in commercial environment including gathering information to determine process needs; cost estimates; and process equipment design, procurement, installation, and startup. - Ability to Troubleshoot process interruptions / problems and recommend and implement resolutions including analysis and consideration of new innovations in materials, machinery, manufacturing, and chemical processing techniques. - Ability to Address customer and regulatory requirements and concerns. - Ability to Coordinate efforts of multifunctional groups to effectively implement activities to meet the project scope, schedule, and capital spending targets.
