Responsibilities : This position is based at the client site in the vicinity of BWI Airport.We have an immediate opening for candidates who have experience with developing a range of instructional materials such as classroom-based training, online training and performance support tools, self-paced guides, case studies, job aids, video, and evaluations. Using your mix of creative skills and project awareness, you can create interactive and engaging ways to communicate content knowledge as well as provide feedback on other team members' materials.Your project management and communication skills include:Producing project plansBalancing and prioritizing multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlinesFacilitating internal and client meetingsDemonstrating a range of communication styles when working with othersDemonstrating strong verbal and written communications skillsWorking well individually and in a team environment requires at least 2-4 years of instructional design experience. Experience must include the full life cycle of the instructional systems design (ISD) process and knowledge of the principles of adult learning. Demonstrated experience developing interactive online and multimedia training systems is required, and the more experience you have in this area, the stronger your candidacy for the position. Strong platform skills and experience delivering instructor-led training are a plus.Additional requirements.
