Seeking 2 + years of documented experience within an insurer's finance department and the ability to perform step down and variance analysis and "run rate" and "gap" analysis.

Requires outstanding oral and written communication skills and basic training and coaching skills to cross train peers.

An MBA or a college degree with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, Math or Business is preferred.
