Hi there:

I am a Mortgage Professional and we have direct access to FORECLOSURES and R.E.O’s.

We are looking for serious experienced handy men with tools , vans and a couple of guys to fix our houses. or handymen who want to purchase these houses at wholesale prices 35-60 cents on the dollar.
Our community provides PRIVATE FINANCING for purchase and repair costs , so you DO NOT! Need to use your money or credit.. You need to know how to fix houses.

What we need is eithe to fix them and sell or pass them on to you ( and you make... SUPER BIG MONEY).. But we need to keep moving these properties in order to keep our contract with these banks.
We have many houses all over Chicago that we have to fix up and resell ASAP.

Every month we aquire more houses from the banks at 30-50 cents on the dollar.

There are many people out of work BUT with us, you will have unlimited work...
