Clinical responsibilities include: urgent care, evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries/illnesses, job placement and executive physicals, screening and surveillance exams. Candidate is expected to be able to provide medical support to all Eastman locations and may be considered for future placement / residence at domestic operations sites in Texas and South Carolina. Candidate will be responsible for the following: developing program to address the urgent care and acute care needs of the active work population working with Medical Director to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards in occupational medicine and urgent care assisting in the development and presentation of education programs for physicians, nurses, and other personnel employed by the company providing guidance to other medical staff particularly in the area of urgent and acute care (i.e., physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and medical assistants) developing disease management programs to address the chronic health conditions of the active work population Candidate will have good communication skills. Required qualifications include: Licensure requirements/eligibility of the state of jurisdiction Willing to relocate to Eastman domestic sites Graduate of accredited MD program Board certified/eligible in Occupational Medicine Preferred: Experienced candidate with at least five years experience in Occupational Health. .
