Responsibilities and Requirements : Manage a caseload of individuals with significant disabilities. Conduct intake interviews, establish eligibility, complete a level of severity of disability rating, develop employment plans and close cases in various phases of the rehabilitation process, including successful transition into competitive labor market positions. Operate a variety of office equipment, including computer work. Document cases files according to federal, state and district regulations and procedures. Work collaboratively with community partners, vendors, and employers. Maintain professional communication with DOR staff at all levels and work as a team to accomplish the mission and goals of DOR.
