Responsibilities : Provide leadership for growing revenue, membership and net income across all markets. Develop specific marketing plans for each market segment to unlock growth and increase loyalty. Provide support to execute initiatives within plans and fact based measurement to determine marketing effectiveness. Evidence based accurate analysis to enable the company to understand the whys behind segment performance. Analyze, evaluate, identify, and quantify new market and product growth opportunities Analyze competitor strategies, and the different stages of the sales funnel to identify insights that lead to a competitive advantage. Develop specific marketing plans that result in growth for key market opportunities Know what drives product/segment performance. Fix and maintain products. Create and analyze metrics to assess marketing program effectiveness. Hold monthly meetings with sales, providing each region with pertinent market analysis Prove out ideas for programs/products and see through to implementation. Manage, lead and coach people. Own contract with student group TPA and manage their performance and services. Build strong relationships with all major functions within the company. Distribution channel analysis to identify unmet needs, opportunities for savings, and effectiveness of various sales promotions. Manage all products: knowing how benefits work, customer satisfaction, working to fix product problems, and analysis of product performance. Making recommendations on when products/benefit plans should be retired, added, and product mix changes to improve sales and retention. Make recommendations on how to optimally manage costs through benefit design.

Requirements : Bachelors Degree 7 years of experience in marketing. Must have experience in analyzing markets, quantitatively quantifying opportunities, analyzing purchasing and market patterns, and leading market strategy. Must have knowledge of pricing, underwriting, healthcare, distribution, and regulations within health insurance sector. Diverse marketing experience within different industries, distribution channels, segments and markets. 3 years leadership experience.Additional Critical Skills & Knowledge Needed for Job Understanding of the complete marketing through sales process, marketing concepts and tools. Demonstrated experience in leading people.
