Maintains updated manufacturing status information to provide supply commitment to business units. Key Tasks and Works with manufacturing personnel (may be 3rd party) to continuously improve production to demand accuracy. Assists with the process of production planning. Plans and coordinates the flow of raw material for manufacturing, primarily cells. Establishes priorities and may set logistics directions for specific customer orders. Continuously improve the production planning process to improve customer satisfaction. Maintains updated manufacturing status information. Scheduling and monitoring of Engineering / Qualification and other non production lots, as required. Preparation of documents to be used for non-production runs Validation of uph standards. Defining capacity requirement per site/ line Inventory monitoring of critical manufacturing cost items Preparation of manufacturing reports and presentations. Skills and Attributes: Good oral and written communication skills Good interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of the organization Has basic knowledge in Production/Capacity Planning and Control Skilled in the use of Oracle and ASCP With background in strategic sourcing, inventory and supply chain management. Skilled in the used of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
