Responsibilities : Summary:In a professional and customer focused manner, this position is responsible for generating new home sales from assigned model home location.Greet prospective buyers in a professional manner.Tour prospective buyers through models and answer questions.Introduce buyer to options available for particular subdivision.Prepare and maintain models for presentations.Manage purchase from agreement of sale to close and coordinate with loans and escrow.Continually remain informed on market activity and competition.Attend scheduled sales meetings.Follow up with prospective buyers.Input required information into database for reporting purpose.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :High School Diploma or equivalent.Current California Real Estate License.of 5 years in new home sales role.Skills and Abilities:Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.Demonstrate a proven ability to close a sale.Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office.Must be able to work weekends.Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude and be a team player.
