EmployerinClearfield, UTis looking fora Manager of Mission Assurance Engineering who is capable of managing a group of engineers and technicians to ensure compliant manufacture of composite aircraft components to meet customer requirements and be able toperform the following duties:Ability to lead a small/medium sized technical group. Ability to manage work flow in the department. Ability to manage departmental direct and indirect budget. Ability to guide technical decisions in quality assurance. 5 years experience in Quality systems compliance. Knowledge of I. Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Understanding of production processing of aerospace components. of 5 years experience in the aerospace industry. Demonstrated ability to initiate business improvementsThis position requires an Engineering Degree or Industry equivalent experience.
