Responsibilities : Under the generalsupervision of the Program or Division Manager, serves as arecognized specialist in Architecture throughout the Company,providing advice on the resolution of major technical problems ofmarked importance to the organization; provides technical expertiseon programs and projects with substantial fees, developing standardsfor diverse activities.- Analyzes projects, solves major technical construction and coderelated problems and makes cost-effective recommendations.-Develops architectural standards and guides.- Determinesprogram objectives and requirements.- Provides consultationand advice.- Markets company services.- Has heavyresponsibility for success of program or project, conformance tobudget and quality control.- Conducts technical trainingworkshops and serves as mentor to less experienced architects andother technical professionals.- Interfaces with the costestimating staff and various disciplines required to design project.- May occasionally manage projects.- Performs such otherduties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.Key functions of this role are to provide design leadership in an emerging practice, acquiringa global knowledge of hospitality design processes and practices build and maintain key client relationshipsprovide design direction and support to team members regardingperformance of scope collaborate with other designprofessionals in a team environment to design, coordinate and presentideas collaborate with the studio leader in implementingstrategies to achieve business goals and objectivesmarket and sell hospitality design services to new and existingclients.

Requirements :Bachelor's degree inArchitecture; Master's degree in Architecture or graduate leveltechnical coursework preferred. This level may be achieved byArchitects with fifteen years experience since Bachelor's degree orfourteen years with Master's degree. Typical incumbent has twenty ormore years' experience.Registration as alicensed architect is required.
