Responsibilities: Under supervision from the Director of Practice Operations, combines strong analytical, computer, and communication skills with expertise in clerical operations to provide leadership in the ongoing development of the clerical AEMR for the OSF Medical Group, specialty sites, and OSF service lines. Assists clerical and information services technical staff to design and to implement effective information technology solutions. Provides analysis and interpretation of regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure AEMR technology solutions meet these standards. Supports and promotes optimization of user knowledge and skills in using the AEMR. Knowledge of all Microsoft applications, project managment experience and expertise in analyzing data. At least 3 years of experience in an office/ambulatory practice. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at one time. Green Belt experience preferred. Excellent facilitation, interpersonal skills and able to work with a wide variety of people. Must be willing to travel throughout the various OSFMG regions..
