Responsibilities and Requirements : Key components of this job are to track and coordinate all aspects of selected construction projects through design specification, preparation of scope letter, take-off, quotation, bid and submittals.Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years experience in project management in the industrial pipe, valve and fitting industry. Preferred experience includes analyzing blueprints, specifications, and proposals. Experience with Computer Aided Drafting or Autobid Mechanical (Quickpen) preferred, but not required.Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School; or one to two years related experience and/or training in construction management, project management or related field.
