Responsibilities and Requirements : Cintas' corporate staff departments, including Marketing, Management Information Systems, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Legal, Purchasing, Safety and Engineering Solutions, and Administration, support our growing number of locations nationwide, providing the support they need to consistently exceed customer expectations. Cintas is currently looking for a Regional Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator. Responsibilities include: visiting facilities and consulting with the location management team regarding HSE; conducting inspections of facilities to identify potential OSHA, EPA and DOT compliance issues; assessing facility implementation of Cintas Safety Manual requirements; monitoring completion of corrective action plans developed by the facility to address compliance or management practice issues; reviewing accident/incident investigations and OSHA recordkeeping practices; training location management team regarding HSE policies and procedures; contributing to the development or revision of OSHA, EPA or DOT compliance solutions (policies, procedures, controls, training, etc.) for implementation throughout the company; serving as resource to location HSE Coordinator and Safety and Improvement Committee at locations; and conducting annual HSE audit. Cintas' corporate staff departments, including Marketing, Management Information Systems, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Legal, Purchasing, Safety and Engineering Solutions, and Administration, support our growing number of locations nationwide, providing the support they need to consistently exceed customer expectations.
