Responsibilities : As a member of the internal, enterprise-wide consulting arm of the company's Financial Planning & Analysis group, this role is responsible for supporting key strategic initiatives across business units and corporate functions. Frame business opportunities, provide comprehensive analyses, and develop business recommendations to enable business units and senior management to make sound business decisions. Lead or support project teams focused on new growth opportunities, cost reduction initiatives, building and leveraging business intelligence capabilities, etc. Develop sustainable solutions to ensure business units hold improvement gains. Utilize project management tools (project plans, milestone tracking, issue/decision tracking, etc.) and coach business units on how to implement project management governance. Provide surge capacity support to address critical business activities. Assist in all activities associated with financial planning and analysis. Work with key stakeholders to create business plans. Assist in the research, analysis and compilation of financial projections. Validate and challenge budgetary assumptions and information. Gather financial information, including both internal and external benchmarks, macroeconomic data, etc., to assess options and develop actionable recommendations for senior management. Develop and maintain metrics and performance dashboards to monitor progress against strategic and financial goals.

Requirements :5 years experience in a divisional/commercial financial planning role with significant project management responsibilities. Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem solving skills. Effective situational leadership skills; quick and continuous learning style and high impact project management skills. Continuous improvement attitude; ability to seek out and implement internal or external best practices. Self-starter with strong time-management, planning, and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
