Responsibilities : This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Emergency Services Counselorwho are ready to join a fast paced Emergency Department that is staffed 24/7. We are passionate about excellent quality care in the treatment and recovery of adults and adolescents with psychiatric and/or chemical dependency illnesses.Based in Raleigh, NC, Holly Hill Hospital is perfectly located in a rapidly growing family-oriented community that is just hours from the mountains and the beaches and is a surrounded by major universities.We are privileged to have a rich compliment of dedicated employees.With a growing demand for our services, we are currently seeking PRN Emergency Services Counselors who are available to work overnights, weekends, holidays, and/or other shifts as needed.Responsible for the timely processing of inquiry/referral calls and walk in/scheduled comprehensive clinical assessments and ensure their referral to the most appropriate service. Will help to coordinate and process each admission to the hospital.

Requirements :Requires a Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field, licensed preferred. Experience working in an acute care psychiatric setting strongly preferred. Experience in psychiatry evaluation, triage, and crisis intervention is highly desirable.Salary Range: $17.34 per hour $21.68 per hourHolly Hill Hospital offers excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, voluntary supplemental benefits, medical and dependent day care spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, and paid vacation, sick, and personal days.
