Responsibilities : Responsible for maximizing Revenues and Gross Profit margin bydeveloping competitive products that maximize sales and enable growthinto new markets-Sources and contracts accommodation product and ground services thatare consistent with the Product Strategy-Sets and changes the selling price for all products adjusting them tomeet commercial targets-Actively monitors competitor product and price offering, respondingquickly-Works closely with 's Revenue Management team to ensure thatprices are optimized-Develops and maintains commercial relationships with suppliers-Monitors the performance of commercial agreements and makes amendmentsin line with changing market positions-Maximizes sales opportunities by constantly sourcing special offers,room allocations and release periodsSales & Marketing-Collaborates closely with Marketing and Web teams to promote Getawaysproduct offering in all available marketing streams-Ensures that the Customer Support Team has an excellent understandingof Getaways product offering and training from key suppliers-Maintains and manages partner relationships, supports marketing andpromotional initiatives, creates marketing plans and co-op agreements-Attends tourism meetings, symposiums, travel shows and hotelassociation functions to promote Getaways where requiredOperational-Ensures that all contracts are 100% accurate and are delivered toagreed time-scales.-Manages service level agreements with suppliers.

Requirements :Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a  relevant field-Five (5) years product management experience within the travel industry-Experience writing business case proposals for new product development-Experience with hotel contracting preferred but not required-Regular attendance and punctuality-Organizational fit for the culture, that is, exhibit the values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Fun and Passion-Well groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance-Pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test-Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position islocated-When working or traveling on flights, and if time permits, allcapable Crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of theaircraft.
