Work with internal and external stakeholders during development to ensure that test coverage is adequate and that circuit boards are designed for test and manufacturability. Develop documents associated with both ICT and FCT. Documentation will include at minimum, test specifications and validation protocols and reports. Provide written schedule and cost information to management to assist in the planning of overall product development efforts. Manage the onsite validation of test systems at both the test system vendors and contract manufacturers as required.

Requirements :Work with Quality department and contract manufacturers to validate new PCBA tests and manufacturing processes. Support the failure investigation of factory and field rejects and assure appropriate corrective action is taken. Identify gaps in the testing of current products and take appropriate steps to improve test coverage. Excellent communication and influencing skills with all levels of the organization and with suppliers An action/problem solving orientation Commitment to qualityYour Profile:B.S. in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.5 years experience as test engineer or similar in documentation intensive environment, preferably medical device industry.Moderate travel, some international (5-20%).Experience with Labview/C language desiredSolid experience in ICT and FCTStrong understanding of PCB assembly process and manufacturing processesStrong troubleshooting experienceExperience working with suppliersWorking with design engineering.
