Responsibilities : On site representative for the Program Office for the Integrated Based Defense System of Systems operations at National Training Center Must have basic understanding of electronics and mechanical functions. Must have experience with providing platform type instruction. Will interface with the NTC leadership to plan, schedule, and execute participation in BCT rotations. Will assist in rear area operations and be the point of contact for logistical support of RAID equipment. Will oversee, lead, and assist in set up and tear down of equipment for each rotation, and storage of equipment between rotations. Will prepare reports and briefings for PO as well as NTC leadership. Must be a self-starter and able to operate with limited guidance. Will interface on a daily basis with military and civilian government personnel and other contractor personnel in a team environment. Work will be cyclical and include extended work days during BCT rotations. ITT is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.

Requirements :Must have a minimum of two years of experience at or supporting NTC. Must be able to obtain a government driver license. Must have 12 years of related experience, or eight years and a bachelor's degree. Must be familiar with military operations, primarily in Tactical Operations Center operations. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience as an instructor. Experience with Microsoft Office is essential, to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be capable of willing to periodically work in other locations, some of which may be overseas in austere conditions for extended periods of time. Four years of experience in management, leadership or organizational planning is preferred.
