Responsibilities and Requirements : The Associate Tax Auditor is the journey-level auditor who performs difficult audit and investigations on all types of employers. The is responsible for making status determinations involving both common law and statutory law in the sensitive and controversial areas including: attorneys, product demonstrations, taxi-cab drivers, registered security representatives, interpreters, movie industry issues, and health care services. Pending approval. Program may fill at the Tax Auditor level for recruitment purposes.
