Responsibilities : District Manager Location:IN - Munster Job Type:Circulation Division:The Times Status:Regular Description:District Manager The Times of Northwest Indiana is looking for a full-time management professional to oversee the distribution of newspapers through an independent contractor carrier force. We have an opening in our Munster location to oversee the TriTown area (Schererville, St. John, & Dyer). This is a challenging position in a growing and competitive marketplace.

Requirements :Results oriented individual with the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision Dependable transportation Available weekends and Holidays Strong analytical and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to recruit, hire, and train successfully to assure that our 50 independent contractors provide excellent customer service to our loyal subscribers. Comfortable with reading maps and familiarity with the area is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
