Responsibilities : Overall responsibility for a given product line or type to ensure material is positioned properly to meet revenue and inventory commitments. o Takes input from various disparate sources to update the Supply Plan and Supply Commit for a given product line or type. o Manages Supply Plan in Oracle for a rolling one year horizon. Monthly refresh and weekly adjustments. Done in Oracle. Host weekly reviews of key changes to the Supply Plan. Maintains attach rates for configurable items Tactical transition strategy for new and end of life products Will own Supply Response step of the S&OP process. Participate in Demand Request steps of S&OP with Sales/Product Mgmt to provide feedback to improve accuracy of demand request. Approves final plan created through cross functional collaboration at the Pre-S&OP step. o Creating, driving and meeting a quarterly inventory $ level and inventory turns goal. o Sets product specific reorder points and or safety stock levels at regional warehouses. Sets single use kanbans when necessary. o Allocation of product specific material during a shortage. Product Planner will coordinate this activity. Primary focus would be to allocate such that the allocation maximizes revenue. Will need to rely on key input from Sales and Marketing for customer sat issues. oNPI coordination Maintains supply plan as product demand transitions from one product to another. Loading a supply plan for proto, pilot builds, etc Key metrics o Revenue actuals against supply commit (revenue) o Inventory turns against commit o Inventory actuals against commit o Supply plan accuracy o Customer on time delivery.

Requirements : 8-12 year s experience in a related field o Bachelor degree in engineering or a related discipline o Master degree preferred o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Ability to be extremely proactive and drive for results o Ability to be flexible and go beyond the everyday job requirements to get a problem solved o Ability to solve issues independently, but prioritize and escalate appropriate issues when necessary o Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
