Responsibilities and Requirements : Our client, a prominent law firm in NY seeks an experienced litigator with extensive real estate case experience. The successful candidate must have at least eight years of experience with both residential and commercial cases, specifically with Landlord-Tenant matters. Qualified candidates can issue spot, have excellent writing ability and have trial/motion/deposition experience. This position requires extensive client contact so communication skills are a must.
