Responsibilities and Requirements : Job expectations include, but are not limited to; interacting with members in order to develop strong relationships, consult with members about exercise goals, and design exercise programs that promote the five components of fitness. The Wellness Associate will be conducting fitness orientations, cleaning equipment, maintaining an organized Wellness Floor and working on various projects that promote health/wellness.Nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, NPTI), CPR-PR/AED/O2 and BA degree in a related field is required. A strong work-ethic and personal skills necessary to interact with the members at the branch is also required.Salary:$30,000 - $32,000.
