Responsibilities and Requirements : Commercial Transactions CounselDuties: Will report to managing corporate counsel, commercial transactions group and work with a team of other in-house counsel to draft, negotiate and review a variety of commercial agreements including: inbound/outbound license agreements; sales and supply; manufacturing; service and consulting and other types of commercial contracts relating to hardware and software products. Interface with various business units domestically and internationally to understand key IP and commercial requirements and ensure commercial contract terms comply with corporate directives, policies and procedures. Will work with Contracts Administration Manager to implement and assist in developing efficient contact administration processes and procedures.
