Specific Responsibilities Include: The Production Engineer is responsible for all aspects of operations for the Specialties production area. This person will work closely with the operators, maintenance personnel, team leaders, supply chain, quality, technology, commercial, and other engineers to facilitate the tactical day-to-day functions of the operation in the areas of EHS, quality, production and costs. The production engineer will focus on the resolution of daily issues and on continuous process improvements. Focus will be driving improvements in EHS performance, First Pass Quality, equipment reliability, yields, execution to schedule, productivity and supporting key capital projects.
