Responsibilities : Reviews charts, collects data, and counsels staff to implement infection control policies. Reports communicable diseases to Rock County Health Department as required. Prepares and monitors budget. Evaluates and ensures compliance with infection control requirements of all regulatory agencies. Continues education by attending meetings, seminars, and researching issues. Presents in-services to educate employees. Reviews all employee health work and follows up when necessary. Ensures that all employees comply with Employee Health policies. Reviews and assists with development of policies and procedures regarding infection control. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements :One of the following: A. Associate degree in Medical Technology if applicant is Registered Medical Technologist B. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and Registered as RN in Wisconsin and five years of experience as RN or Med. Tech. with three years of management experience. APIC Training in infection control.
