Responsibilities : This position is responsible for the quality of all end product leaving the manufacturing location. This position is on 3rd shift.Job Duties and Responsibilities- Proofread all jobs within the work team and check for accuracy, image position and type accuracy when compared to customer-supplied guidance. Spelling and grammar checks will be required.- Keep accurate records through all production stages using FileMaker Pro and Excel- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements :Solid understanding of the prepress process is required.- 3 years related experience working as a proofreader.- Technical training in the areas of Communications, English or Journalism is preferred.- Attention to detail is a must. Must be able to share proven techniques that ensure effective proofreading process which ensures accuracy of end product.- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and FileMaker Pro. In addition familiarity with graphic applications such as InDesign and Photoshop is required.- Must have good documentation skills and excel in spelling and grammar- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills- The ability to produce independently in a team environment- Ability to work overtime and weekend work necessary.
