Responsibilities : This position exists to secure all necessary information from patients, clinical charts and various other sources to complete accurate financial and demographic data providing for maximum reimbursement and timely resolution to patient accounts.

Requirements :Requires experience in admitting; billing; or heath insurance industry experience.Requires experience with cash handling.Requires knowledge of policies and procedures of various insurance companies and governmental agencies regarding patient qualifications for assistance.Requires analytical skills; strong problem solving skills and ability to use 10 key adding machine.Requires excellent communication/customer service skills.Requires computer experience and knowledge of software applications Requires good organizational and interpersonal skills; and attention to details.Requires ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Requires ability to interview and obtain information from various sources in a professional manner.Requires ability to take initiative.Requires ability to interpret and communicate state and federal program guidelines.Requires ability to interpret and communicate Clarian Health's charity and payment policies.Requires ability to effectively interact with a widely diverse population.Requires ability to communicate and offer solutions to patients and families in stressful settings.Current Clarian Employee or Clarian.
