Responsibilities : Over all Anti Abuse and Performance Strategy for Ovi Mail and Ovi Chat2.Policies and Guidelines for Account Reservations, Suspect Lists, Suspend/Terminate Lists for Ovi Accounts3.Own and drive security audits ( these are done on a bi-yearly basis)a.Own and drive Webmail  and Web Client Vulnerability Auditsb.   On a weekly basis analyze bad lists, directory harvests, spam attacks, email harvesting etc. with Outblaze and NCIM. Ensure that the spam accounts/attacks are dealt with in a timely mannerc.Conduit both with Outblaze Abuse team, Nokia Security Team and NCIM Team4.Conduct analysis of latest technologies for Abuse Protection and work with Internal and External Stakeholders on integration points (planning in 2009   and integration in 2010)5.Set Performance Benchmarks and Performance Targets for Ovi Mail and Ovi Chat6. Representative for Ovi Mail and Ovi Chat in the virtual team for Services Security Managers  Join the Services Business Unit at Nokia in creating next-generation mobile internet services.  This position will require strong product management experience and knowledge of the Consumer Messaging/Messaging Space. Consumer facing web product management is crucial to this role, as is familiarity with web technology, software development and usability. You must also have a proven track record of project management and leading complex projects. 

Requirements :·Extensive experience in technical product management for  Abuse Management·Excellent communication skills, team player, hands on experience in working through Cross Functional teams, write PRDs·Flexibility and the ability to execute in an extremely fast paced, dynamic environment·Experience in the Messaging Space especially in the Performance and Abuse Area with a large scale vendor (Cloudmark, Openwave, Yahoo,    Mirapoint, Bizanga, Commtouch etc.) or Wireless Carriers.
