Responsibilities : Serve as an expert resource and partner to RDOs regarding inventory management and loss prevention issues for protection of company assets - people, product, property and profit.Carry out loss prevention duties and responsibilities as outlined in the Loss Prevention S.O.P in support of the Company and Regions' financial objectives, and per current criminal and civil statutes and second-hand dealer regulationsDeep dive into various financial, predictive and exception reporting to identify risks and opportunities to prevent revenue slippage and loss.Supervise investigation functions.Conduct store visits with and develop new DM's as well as identified DMs with high shrink stores concerning inventory management and loss control skills necessary to prevent theft or paperwork error including: analysis of key store financial reports; preparation for and completion of product inventory; research and identification of inventory loss causes; error corrections and adjustments of identified losses prior to the period close.Conduct store visits with and consult with DM's concerning suspected internal theft by store employees, providing direction for DM research and interview of employees for accurate attainment of facts and determination of appropriate corrective action(s).Manage the investigation of major and high loss incidents such as robbery, burglary, assault, high shrink loss, missing deposit and other major incidents by being a liaison with law enforcement supporting crime related investigations.

Requirements :4 year degree in criminal justice or related field preferred3-5 years of loss prevention experience, preferably in a multi-outlet retail organization with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience.If you love great entertainment-including FREE rentals-and your skills are a good match for this position, this could be the place for you. We would like to thank everyone who submits his or her resume for this position.
