Responsibilities and Requirements : This individual is responsible for performing the day-to-day tasks associated with the management of physical security operations of Space Systems facilities. The role and responsibilities include overseeing, facilitating and assisting the operation of the Central Monitoring Station by contract security, the SSD badging program and general facilities access control/security. Scope and Principle Duties: Scope of job includes performing the day-to-day tasks associated with ensuring compliant physical security operations for all ITT Space Systems facilities in Rochester, NY and northern Virginia in accordance with DCID other governing directives/regulations. Responsible for all physical security systems and ensuring adequate protection of company assets and personnel. Job Specifications and Work Performed: ' Under the supervision of the Director of Security, administer the corporate compliance program, including the timely reporting of all incidents as required. ' Administrate and enforce policies and procedures implementing Government and Company security requirements. Ensure compliance with Trade & Export Regulations. Implement & administer the corporate compliance program, including the timely reporting of all incidents required thru the Ethics & Compliance Organization. ' Aids in the planning, installation, implementation, control and operation of security systems, i.e. Infographics, Matrix. Performs access control database maintenance (i.e. weekly backups) and ensures continuous integrity of facility & secure area access controls. Creates reports as required.
