The Senior Sales Strategy Director, Americas Enterprise role is similar to Sales Operations roles in traditional technology companies a hybrid of strategic planning, sales optimization, finance, and analysis. The selected candidate will share responsibility (with Sales leadership) for driving the continued success of Salesforce in the enterprise market in the US, Canada, and Latin America.

Requirements :10 or more years of work experience in Sales Operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to Sales teamsExperience developing coverage models, with deep knowledge of how large enterprises in various industries and regions buy softwareIn-depth understanding of forecasts, and an ability to read weakness or upside from a quantitative standpoint and from an understanding of deal maturationUnderstanding of deal structure and the sales process, and an ability to help direct next steps with Sales leadershipStrong understanding market segmentation, and a demonstrated ability to prioritize investment by segment by employing ROI, opportunity cost, and our long term strategic priorities as parametersAssertiveness, directness, and a company first mentalityBS/BA required; MBA a plus, but not requiredStrong presentation skillsCreativity in developing actionable analysis and strategy.
