Responsibilities : Has worked in strategic partnerships to address issues of critical national importance. 's highly skilled, multi-disciplined social scientists are playing a vital role in helping transform government operations and services. By helping us combine leadership in enterprise systems engineering with our unique social, behavioral and linguistic sciences capabilities and expertise, you be part of a team working to help the government meet today's new demands.Key FunctionsThe position involves working with others inside and outside to develop and advance capability to apply social sciences to critical national security issues. Project work will focus on enabling sponsors to evolve and work as integrated enterprises to enable collaboration across critical missions and to enhance support to a wide range of customers and partners. Project work will also help sponsors develop and implement business practices and decisions that are driven by strategy, mission requirements, and outcome-focused performance criteria. Opportunities to conduct original research and develop innovative social science methods, applications, and capabilities.

Requirements :BS or equivalent and 5 years of related experience or MS or equivalent and 3 years of related experience or PhD and 1 year of related experienceDesired Education/ExperiencePhD in a social science discipline (e.g., anthropology, sociology, psychology, organizational science, organizational development). Education and expertise in organizational change management, leadership development, collaboration, facilitation, evaluation design, organizational assessment, performance metrics and strategic planning. Experience working with multi-agency teams and organizations to research and recommend solutions to business and/or technology problems related to national security.A minimum of five years of applied experience in psychology, organizational science, organizational development, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, performance measurement and change management strategies and methodologies.
