Top performers deserve top pay-If You have the Drive, We have the Vehicle.Job Summary:The Service Booker will be responsible for obtaining service sales quota, ensuring repairs are complete, closing repair orders, and for carrying out additional assignments as set forth by the Service Manager.Job Close repair orders when repairs are complete Resolve and process all claims corrections and charge-backs daily Maintain technician payroll throughout the week and submit in accordance with payroll processes Assist service consultants with closing of open warranty repair orders Assist service consultants and technicians with warranty or TLC questions Assist management with special projects, audits, reports, ect., as requested Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customer, co-workers and suppliers Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
