You need significant experience designing in a variety of styles and should be comfortable juggling several projects with changing priorities.Our graphic design team is responsible for creating cutting-edge online advertising that is well-integrated into the overall experience. You will have a level of creative freedom unusual in the advertising world. You will also help to maintain our high standards of design for new features, communications projects, and more!Primary Online Advertising Design - design and production of custom ad units and page skins Flash Design/Development - to execute custom ad units Authoring of HTML and CSS to implement ad units Work directly with the ad sales team to design compelling custom ad units for major accounts Design of marketing communications materials.

Requirements : Demonstrated ability to conceptualize creative, engaging consumer designs A BA in Graphic Design or related field At least 3 years of relevant experience, including online advertising Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash skills Comfortable working knowledge of HTML and CSS Intermediate knowledge of Flash/Actionscript 3 Ability to work quickly and flexibly while juggling several projects Ability to work in a variety of visual styles.
