The job requires problem solving and research, a sense of urgency in processing business and responding to inquiries, and focus on meeting customer and manager expectations.Individual must take ownership of individual and team caseloads and service standards through completion of the application process while providing detailed and consistent communication to marketing personnel and customers.Responsibilities include:the initial review of life insurance applications;communication of and follow up on needed requirements;timely response to customer inquiries via email and phone;effectively communicating underwriting decisions; andproviding support to the new business call center during assigned times.This position works closely with underwriters, vendors, and customers on aging cases to ensure completion within established time standards.
